7 Minutes to find a 1RM Clean

Box Jumps x 21 (30”)
Sit ups x 25 (incline/medball)
Power Cleans x 15
Box Jumps x 15
Sit ups x 25
Power Cleans x 9
Box Jumps x 9
Sit ups x 25
